Of course, all of our central station operators are SIA (Security Industry Association) certified before they ever pick up a phone to handle a call. But AlarmWatch goes well beyond SIA certification by requiring that all of our operators complete a rigorous course of study that we call CSU (Central Station University).
CSU is a twelve-module program designed to ensure that all AlarmWatch operators have the technical and customer-service expertise to handle any alarm event that they encounter. After graduation from CSU, operators must complete monthly ongoing training and successfully pass an annual review exam.
AlarmWatch operators have an average of over 3 years of alarm industry experience.
